The Crime Is Mine
ComedyCrimeDramaMysteryThriller103 min
In 1930s Paris, struggling actress Madeleine is accused of murdering a famous producer, and the sensational trial suddenly gives her the attention she could never win onstage. Nadia Tereszkiewicz is Madeleine, broke and eager for a break, while Rebecca Marder's Pauline, her lawyer roommate and closest ally, builds the self-defense case that changes everything. As the verdict turns scandal into celebrity, the story moves through courtrooms, dressing rooms, and newspaper headlines, tying show-business ambition to a murder case that refuses to stay simple.
