A masked serial killer is stalking the town of Bulimia Falls, leaving a trail of sharp-object attacks while TV personality Hagitha Utslay rushes in to cover the rising body count. Former mall security guard Doughy tries to protect the local teens, but he’s hardly a steady hand. Tiffani Thiessen and Tom Arnold are part of a spoof-heavy ensemble that turns the setup into a parade of horror-movie references, drawing on late-’90s slasher hits and older franchise staples alike. As the killings mount, the movie keeps bouncing between teen panic, broad slapstick, and send-ups of familiar scare-movie clichés.
