Dara of Jasenovac
DramaWar130 min
In wartime Croatia, a Serbian girl is taken to the Jasenovac concentration camp, where families are separated and survival depends on staying unnoticed amid constant brutality. Dara watches the camp strip people of food, shelter, and any sense of safety, while prisoners are forced to endure arbitrary violence and impossible choices. As the chaos around her grows, her focus narrows to protecting her younger brother and keeping them both alive from one day to the next. Through a child’s view, the film follows life inside the camp as terror becomes routine and every small act of care or resistance carries enormous risk.
