Fred Claus
ActionAdventureComedyDramaFamilyFantasy116 min
Fred Claus centers on Santa’s estranged older brother, a hustler who ends up at the North Pole and lands in the middle of Christmas operations just as an efficiency expert threatens to shut the whole place down. Vince Vaughn is Fred, the black sheep of the Claus family, while Paul Giamatti’s Santa has spent years looming over him as the sibling who got everything right. Between toy workshops, elves, reindeer, and a lot of long-running family resentment, the film turns its holiday fantasy premise into a brother story built around Fred’s uneasy return to Santa’s world.
