Surviving Christmas

ComedyRomance91 min

Wealthy executive Drew Latham is heading into Christmas with no family around when a wave of nostalgia sends him back to his childhood home. Ben Affleck is Drew, who discovers strangers living there and offers the couple a large sum of money to act like his parents for the holiday. James Gandolfini's Tom Valco agrees, but the arrangement quickly turns strained as Drew starts treating the staged reunion like the Christmas he never had. When the Valcos' daughter Alicia arrives, his rented family fantasy collides with the household's own frictions.
