These Three
DramaRomance93 min
Two women open a girls' school together and build their lives around the work, sharing the strain of keeping the place running and the closeness that comes with it. Their partnership is shaken when the man one of them loves becomes tied to both women in ways that stir jealousy, suspicion, and gossip. At the center is a student's lie, small at first and then impossible to contain, that spreads through the community and turns private tensions into public scandal. As trust breaks down, the school, the friendship, and a planned marriage all come under pressure. Miriam Hopkins and Merle Oberon lead a drama about damage done by rumor before anyone can stop it.
