The Boss's Daughter
ComedyDramaRomance98 min
At her father’s factory, 25-year-old Alix selects 40-year-old foreman Vital for an anonymous workplace study, and the formal arrangement starts to shift as they spend more time together. Christa Theret and Olivier Loustau lead the film through a workplace where hierarchy follows every conversation, even off the clock. As Vital gradually opens up, the study becomes a way into his private life and the dreams he’s kept to himself, while Alix’s position as the boss’s daughter hangs over everything.
