Bangkok Dangerous
ActionAdventureCrimeThriller99 min
Contract killer Joe arrives in Bangkok for a job and pulls a street kid into his orbit. Nicolas Cage is Joe, a hitman who relies on local help to move through the city unseen; before long, Kong (Shahkrit Yamnarm) has become his main aide. When a job goes wrong and Kong is nearly killed, Joe breaks his own rules and starts teaching him the trade, putting both men in the sights of rival killers. The film moves through Bangkok’s back streets, surveillance setups, and bursts of gunfire as Joe’s carefully controlled routine starts to come apart.
