The General's Daughter
CrimeDramaMysteryThriller116 min
After Army Capt. Elisabeth Campbell is found dead on a Georgia military base, warrant officers Paul Brenner and Sara Sunhill are assigned to investigate a case that quickly reaches into the chain of command. John Travolta is Brenner, a seasoned military investigator, with Madeleine Stowe alongside him as the equally guarded Sunhill. As unseemly details about Campbell's life come to light, suspicion and pressure build around her father, Lt. Gen. Joseph Campbell (James Cromwell). What begins as a murder inquiry grows knotted with military protocol, buried allegations, and signs that someone on base wants the truth contained.
