As she interviews him, each new personality arrives with its own history, manner, and scars, and the case starts to look less like mental illness than something predatory. The investigation pulls her from hospital offices into a string of deaths tied to the names he carries, while her skepticism gives way to fear for her family. Julianne Moore anchors the doctor at the center of the case, with Jonathan Rhys Meyers as the unsettling man whose many selves point toward a supernatural answer.
