Deep Blue Sea
ActionAdventureHorrorSci-FiThriller105 min
At the undersea lab Aquatica, scientists have altered the brains of captive sharks in hopes of finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. The breakthrough comes with a disastrous side effect: the sharks are now much smarter and far more dangerous. When a storm cripples the remote facility, the people inside are cut off underwater with their own experiment. Saffron Burrows and Thomas Jane are among the trapped crew, with Samuel L. Jackson in the group as the lab turns into a flooded maze of failing systems, broken corridors, and predators that know how to hunt back.
