Mark Stevens is Bradford Galt, an ex-con turned private investigator who becomes convinced someone is shadowing him — and may be trying to kill him. With few answers and every move feeling watched, he starts digging into the people around him, trying to figure out who wants him cornered and why. Helping him keep the case moving is Lucille Ball’s Kathleen Stewart, a quick-thinking secretary who brings energy and nerve to the search. What begins as a tail on the street turns into a deeper mystery, with past trouble resurfacing and the pressure on Galt tightening from all sides.
