Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen

ComedyFamilyRomance90 min

New York–obsessed teenager Lola moves with her family to suburban New Jersey and treats the change like a personal catastrophe. Lindsay Lohan is Lola, an aspiring actress who lands a role in the school play and immediately clashes with Carla, the most popular girl in school. As Lola turns every slight into full-scale drama, she leans on her new friend Ella (Alison Pill) and keeps chasing anything that might get her closer to her favorite rock singer. High school rivalry, stage auditions, and mother-daughter friction push her larger-than-life fantasies out of her head and into the hallway and onto the stage.
