Hot to Trot
ComedyFantasy88 min
After his mother dies, Fred P. Chaney inherits an unusual asset: a talking horse with an uncanny feel for the Chicago stock market. Bobcat Goldthwait is Fred, a shaky everyman who suddenly has financial advice coming from a stable, while John Candy voices the horse with a mix of swagger and impatience. As Fred starts turning those tips into money, the story bounces between barns, offices, and trading-floor ambition, with Virginia Madsen and Dabney Coleman among the people pulled into his unlikely run of success.
