The Bugs Bunny Show
AnimationComedy24 min per episode
Bugs Bunny hosts a television anthology built from Warner Bros.’ Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts, with new linking scenes that connect the cartoons into a single program. Mel Blanc is Bugs and many of the other voices across the studio’s animated lineup, while June Foray turns up throughout the mix as well. Debuting in 1960, the series packages theatrical cartoons released between 1948 and 1969, moving from one self-contained comic setup to the next as Bugs guides viewers through a showcase of the Warner Bros. cartoon library.
