When Evil Lurks
HorrorThriller100 min
After brothers Pedro and Jimi discover a demonic infection festering in a nearby farmhouse, they try to remove the victim from their land and instead unleash a chain of possessions across their rural Argentine community. Ezequiel Rodríguez is Pedro, the brother who acts before the proper rites are followed, while Demián Salomón’s Jimi gets swept into the fallout as livestock, neighbors, and family members begin to change. Working from possession lore with its own strict rules, the film keeps its horror close to the ground: isolated farms, contaminated animals, and a town where the infection spreads house by house.
