Dil Se..
DramaRomance163 min
Journalist Amar becomes fixated on a mysterious woman he meets while reporting in Assam, and her refusal only deepens his pursuit. Shah Rukh Khan is Amar, moving from restless infatuation toward an impending marriage, while Manisha Koirala keeps the woman at the center of it all distant, guarded, and hard to read. When she suddenly turns up at his doorstep asking for help, the story shifts with her. Mani Ratnam places their relationship against insurgency and political violence, tying Amar’s private obsession to a larger atmosphere of fear and unrest.
