After their mother dies, three grown siblings reunite at the family’s French country house to decide what becomes of the estate and the art and antiques inside it. Juliette Binoche, Charles Berling, and Jérémie Rénier are the sister and brothers at the center of the family debate, with Edith Scob as the matriarch whose death sets it in motion. What begins as a practical question of inheritance and property opens onto older tensions: childhood memories attached to rooms and objects, different ideas about duty, and the fact that each of them now belongs to a life far beyond the house.
