After exposing the Empress as an impostor, Wai Siu Bo becomes the target of Lung Erh, the St Dragon Sect member who has imprisoned the real empress. Stephen Chow is Wai Siu Bo, a crafty court operator caught between imperial politics and deadly martial artists, while Brigitte Lin’s Lung Erh moves through the palace with her own plan. The situation tightens when Lung Erh is assigned to protect the Prince and finds that the Prince’s servant is none other than Wai Siu Bo, pulling them into another collision of court intrigue, rival factions, and broad Hong Kong wuxia comedy.
