Battlestar Galactica

ActionAdventureDramaSci-FiThriller44 min per episode

After a surprise attack wipes out the Twelve Colonies, the last surviving humans flee into space aboard a ragged civilian convoy guarded by the aging warship Galactica. Commander Adama, played by Edward James Olmos, and President Laura Roslin, played by Mary McDonnell, have to keep that fleet alive while food, fuel, and trust run short. Every jump brings the threat of another Cylon assault, but the danger is not only outside the ships. As the survivors search for the rumored refuge of Earth, military decisions, political power struggles, and the fear that the enemy may be hiding among them push the fleet toward fracture.
