The Idol
Drama55 min per episode
A pop star trying to reclaim her place after a public unraveling falls into an intense relationship with Tedros, a nightclub owner who presents himself as a self-help guide but exerts a more troubling kind of control. As Jocelyn rebuilds her image and prepares for a comeback, the people around her—handlers, collaborators, and hangers-on—become part of a struggle over who gets access to her and who shapes what she becomes next. Lily-Rose Depp’s Jocelyn is pulled between ambition, vulnerability, and the pressure of being watched, while Abel Tesfaye’s Tedros turns intimacy into influence. What begins as romance turns into a contest over power, identity, and the machinery built around fame.
