Don Jon
ComedyDramaRomance90 min
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is Jon Martello, a New Jersey bachelor devoted to his body, his buddies, his family, and church—but his habit of retreating to online porn leaves him with warped ideas about sex and intimacy. When he falls for Scarlett Johansson’s Barbara, a glamorous Jersey girl raised on Hollywood romance, the two bring clashing fantasies into a relationship that looks perfect on the surface. With Tony Danza and Glenne Headly around Jon’s noisy family life, the story stays grounded in a specific world of Sunday dinners, gym routines, hookups, and the gap between what Jon thinks he wants and what he can actually share with another person.
