After a televised defeat leaves Hong Kong’s police humiliated, the force tries to win back public support by turning its hunt for a robber gang into a media event. Nick Cheung’s Detective Cheung unexpectedly finds the fugitives holed up in an abandoned building, while Kelly Chen is Inspector Rebecca, the officer who sees a live-news opportunity in the siege. Across the standoff, Richie Jen’s Yuen leads the five-man crew with a cool, watchful presence. As officers flood the building and cameras keep rolling, the operation becomes as much about managing the story on air as making the arrest.
