1990: The Bronx Warriors
ActionAdventureSci-FiThriller92 min
In a post-apocalyptic New York, a policeman infiltrates the Bronx after the authorities abandon the borough and rival street gangs turn it into a battleground. Inside the no-man’s-land, motorcycle crews, mercenaries, and armed factions fight for control while the outside world tries to keep its distance and still exert force. Vic Morrow brings a hard-edged presence to the violence around him, with Fred Williamson and Christopher Connelly among the men circling the conflict. Made in Italy in 1982, the film imagines the near future as a ruined urban war zone where law has collapsed and survival belongs to whoever can hold the street.
