Paul Getty. Michelle Williams is Gail, pushing through a maze of negotiators, lawyers, and kidnappers as Christopher Plummer’s Getty treats the abduction like a business problem. Mark Wahlberg threads through the standoff as family adviser Fletcher Chace. Ridley Scott frames the case as a clash between enormous wealth and a mother’s urgency, moving from Roman palazzos and boardrooms to the pressure of a very public international ordeal.
