The Forge
DramaFamily124 min
Nineteen-year-old Isaiah Wright is drifting a year out of high school, spending his time on basketball and video games while clashing with his single mother, Cynthia, over his lack of direction. After she gives him an ultimatum, Isaiah takes a job at Moore Fitness and comes under the wing of the business’s owner, whose guidance starts to reshape his idea of adulthood. Cameron Arnett and Priscilla C. Shirer are among the film’s key faces as Isaiah is pulled between old habits, the influence of his friends, and a faith-centered path shaped by mentorship, prayer, and a hard look at his past.
