One Careful Owner
ComedyDrama94 min
Sara is offered a bright, roomy apartment at a bargain price, with one condition she can’t get around: the current owner, Lola, still lives there, and Sara can’t move in until she dies. Juana Acosta and Kiti Mánver anchor the uneasy setup as a straightforward property deal turns into an awkward waiting game. What looks like a lucky break keeps Sara tied to the woman standing between her and the home she wants, pushing a simple housing arrangement into stranger, more personal territory.
