A year after a rescue ends in tragedy, former mountain ranger Gabe Walker is pulled back into the Rocky Mountains for what seems like a routine search for stranded climbers. Sylvester Stallone is Gabe, returning to the same brutal terrain alongside his old partner Hal (Michael Rooker), only to find the distress call is a setup. The “survivors” are armed hijackers, led by John Lithgow’s cold, calculating Qualen, scrambling to recover lost suitcases of cash from a midair heist. What follows unfolds across icy cliffs, narrow ledges, and snowbound peaks where every climb becomes a fight to stay alive.
