Fresh out of the DEA, Steven Seagal is John Hatcher, returning to his Illinois hometown for a quieter life and finding his old neighborhood under the control of a Jamaican drug operation. When Hatcher pushes back, the fight turns personal: Basil Wallace’s Screwface answers with intimidation, murder, and Obeah-fueled fear. What begins as one former agent taking on the dealers on his block quickly closes in on Hatcher’s family, turning his homecoming into a street-level feud with a gang that expects the whole neighborhood to stay silent.
