The Harder They Fall
ActionAdventureDramaWestern139 min
When outlaw Nat Love learns that Rufus Buck has been sprung from prison, he pulls his old crew back together for a revenge run across the American West. Jonathan Majors is Nat, riding with former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz), quick-draw Jim Beckwourth, and the volatile Bill Pickett, while Idris Elba’s Rufus answers with his own feared gang, including Regina King’s Trudy Smith and LaKeith Stanfield’s Cherokee Bill. Bank robberies, prison breaks, and long-running grudges push the two sides toward a showdown, with the film drawing its larger-than-life names from Black figures of the 19th-century West.
