The Magicians
DramaFantasyMystery43 min per episode
Quentin Coldwater is a brilliant grad student whose life shifts when he’s admitted to Brakebills, a secret upstate New York university where magic is studied like any other discipline. Jason Ralph is Quentin, drawn into a hidden academic world of spellcasting, rivalries, and uneasy friendships as he learns that the fantasy books he loved as a child describe a place that actually exists. Stella Maeve and Hale Appleman are among the other students caught up in Brakebills’ strange rules and expanding dangers, as that long-imagined world begins pressing back on theirs.
