What We Do in the Shadows
Comedy25 min per episode
On Staten Island, four vampire roommates let a documentary crew into their crumbling house as they bicker over chores, status, and how to function in the modern world. Centuries old and wildly out of step with ordinary life, they argue about who should rule the borough, make a mess of hunting for blood, and turn small household disputes into supernatural chaos. Their long-suffering familiar Guillermo, played by Harvey Guillén, keeps the place running while waiting for the immortality he has been promised. As rivals, visitors, and old vampire customs keep colliding with city life, the series follows one ridiculous attempt after another to balance undead ambition with everyday inconvenience.
