ActionAdventureCrimeThriller104 min
Fresh out of prison, Ben Affleck is an ex-con who assumes his dead cellmate’s identity so he can meet the woman waiting for him on the outside. But Charlize Theron’s would-be reunion opens onto something riskier: a crew led by Gary Sinise believes he’s the man with inside knowledge of a casino in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and they want him on a Christmas-season heist whether he likes it or not. What begins with a stolen name quickly turns into a tangle of mistaken identity, manipulation, and criminal plans closing in from every side.
