Desert Patrol
ActionAdventureDramaWar97 min
During the North African campaign of World War II, a small British Long Range Desert Group patrol is sent deep behind German lines to destroy a petrol dump ahead of a major attack. Richard Attenborough and John Gregson are among the officers carrying the mission across open desert, where distance, heat, and enemy forces are as dangerous as the target itself. Shot on location in Libya, the film keeps close to the men in the unit and the strain that builds between command decisions and survival when support is far away.
