The Real Glory

ActionAdventureDramaRomanceWar97 min

In 1906, Fort Mysang in the southern Philippines becomes a flashpoint as a small American garrison and Filipino troops try to hold off repeated attacks during the Moro Rebellion. Gary Cooper is a doctor drawn into the defense of the isolated outpost, with David Niven among the officers trying to keep order as Alisang's forces close in. The story unfolds under U.S. rule in the islands, mixing a siege at the fort with clashes between military authority, civilian life, and the pressures of a colonial war.
