The story

Three days before their high school festival, guitarist Kei, drummer Kyoko, and bassist Nozomi lose their singer and scramble to keep their band together. Bae Doona is Son, the Korean exchange student they pull in as a last-minute vocalist, even though her Japanese is limited; Aki Maeda’s Kei is left trying to hold rehearsals, friendships, and nerves in place as the group races to learn three songs. Moving through school hallways, practice rooms, and a Blue Hearts cover of “Linda Linda,” the film follows a teenage band pushing toward one final concert.
