The Unborn
HorrorMysteryThriller88 min
Odette Annable is Casey Beldon, a young woman whose nightmares turn into waking encounters with a demonic spirit that seems determined to possess her. What begins as a series of disturbing visions grows into a fight against a dybbuk, pushing Casey to search her family history and look for help outside ordinary medicine. Gary Oldman appears as Rabbi Joseph Sendak, the spiritual advisor she turns to when the haunting becomes impossible to dismiss. Cam Gigandet and Meagan Good round out the people closest to Casey as the film moves through jump scares, religious ritual, and a steady sense of encroaching supernatural threat.
