The Burial
Drama127 min
When a handshake deal with a larger funeral company falls apart, funeral home owner Jeremiah O’Keefe turns to attorney Willie E. Gary to keep his family business alive. Tommy Lee Jones is O’Keefe, proud and increasingly cornered, while Jamie Foxx is Gary, a smooth-talking lawyer whose showman style shakes up the courtroom. Inspired by true events, the case begins as a business dispute and widens into a public fight over corporate misconduct and racial injustice, with the uneasy partnership between the two men driving the story.
