Cheerleader Ninjas
ActionAdventureComedy96 min
Four cheerleaders from the Happy Valley High Hamsters are blamed for an outbreak of “Internet smut” in their classmates’ bedrooms after a band of Church Ladies decides they’re corrupting the town’s kids. Kira Reed and Angela Brubaker are among the squad at the center of the panic, which quickly turns into something stranger than a school scandal. A sexually ambiguous teacher named Stephen is hired to discipline them, while a shadowy Mr. X uses the girls as test subjects for Internet zombie-domination software. The setup folds high-school comedy, ninja-training antics, and low-budget villainy into the same very specific early-2000s world.
