Kool is a young artist and black belt whose life shifts fast when his girlfriend is arrested for murdering a cop after witnessing a stabbing tied to corrupt officers in Los Angeles. Silkk the Shocker is Kool, trying to clear her name while a cynical detective works the case on his own terms and a wider crime operation starts to close in. Written and directed by Master P, the film mixes street-level revenge with police corruption, with Snoop Dogg and Master P among the ensemble around Kool’s slide from ordinary life into the Hot Boyz.
