In Hong Kong, a routine traffic incident turns into a criminal investigation when police uncover a web of surveillance, coded information, and suspicious ties to the financial world. As investigators follow the trail, they find that the case reaches beyond a single crime and into a larger network of secret monitoring and market manipulation. The people involved are not just chasing money; they are guarding old grudges, private agendas, and information that can move entire fortunes. With Louis Koo, Lau Ching-wan, and Daniel Wu in different roles from the first film, the story builds through wiretaps, shifting alliances, and the mounting danger that comes with knowing who is listening to whom.
