Harmon “Harm” Rabb Jr. is a former Navy pilot now working as a lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s office, where courts-martial, espionage cases, and military investigations can turn into matters of national security. David James Elliott is Harm, a courtroom officer with a flier’s instincts, often teamed with Lt. Col. Sarah MacKenzie (Catherine Bell), a Marine attorney who meets him case for case. Moving between bases, carriers, and Washington offices, the series follows prosecutors and defense counsel inside the U.S. military justice system as they argue charges, question orders, and sort out crimes tied to the Navy and Marine Corps.
