A Breath of Scandal
ComedyDramaRomance97 min
At the turn of the 20th century, Princess Olympia has been sent out of the spotlight to the Austrian countryside, where a chance romance threatens to turn a private rebellion into a public scandal. Sophia Loren is the young royal, caught between court duty and her growing attachment to John Gavin’s Charlie Foster, an American millionaire with no place in dynastic plans. Moving between Vienna society and country retreats, the story follows a princess whose feelings collide with rank, custom, and the political expectations tied to her crown.
