Celeste & Jesse Forever
ComedyDramaRomance92 min
High school sweethearts Celeste and Jesse have the easy shorthand of a couple who grew up together — and the awkward new reality of a divorce they’re trying to treat like a minor adjustment. Rashida Jones is Celeste, a successful businesswoman and aspiring novelist who believes they can separate without losing their bond, while Andy Samberg’s Jesse is unemployed, adrift, and still closely tied to the life they built together. As friends keep seeing them as the perfect pair, their unusually intimate post-marriage friendship starts to blur the line between moving on and staying exactly where they were.
