A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy
ComedyRomance88 min
Over a summer weekend at a country house, an inventor and his frustrated wife host a wedding party that turns into a tangle of flirtation, jealousy, and second thoughts. Woody Allen is Andrew, a Wall Street broker with an eccentric streak and a homemade flying machine, while Mary Steenburgen's Adrian is left watching a philosopher cousin, his much younger fiancée, a randy doctor, and a free-thinking nurse upset the gathering's fragile balance. Moonlit encounters and hints of something magical around the property push the guests toward awkward confessions and shifting attractions.
