Flint Lockwood is an inventor whose latest machine turns water into food, sending cheeseburgers and other meals raining down on the struggling town of Chewandswallow. Bill Hader voices Flint as an overeager tinkerer who suddenly becomes a local hero, while Anna Faris’s Sam Sparks, a weather reporter, sees a bigger story in the sky. What starts as a fix for the town’s food problem grows into giant meatballs, spaghetti tornadoes, and a weather system Flint can no longer control.
