In Hollywood, an enigmatic private detective takes on the disappearance of a producer’s beloved granddaughter while struggling with personal demons of his own. Colin Farrell is the investigator at the center, tracing the case through an industry built on image and control. Amy Ryan and James Cromwell are among the figures connected to the search as the mystery closes in around a prominent family. The series uses a neo-noir frame for its missing-person story, with polished Hollywood surroundings and the detective’s inner life pressing against the investigation.
