In a future where overpopulation has led to a strict one-child policy, seven identical sisters have survived by staying hidden from the government. When one of them disappears, the others risk exposure to find her, turning a private family crisis into a chase through a tightly controlled society. Noomi Rapace leads the sisters at the center of the mystery, while Glenn Close and Willem Dafoe circle the story’s clash between state power and survival. Betrayal inside the group becomes as dangerous as the officials hunting them.
