At Ten’ikai General Hospital, the Supervisory Department of Diagnostic Pathology is where the cases no one else can explain end up. At the center is Takao Ameku, a brilliant doctor who takes on baffling illnesses, suspicious deaths, and murders that stump both physicians and police. As medical puzzles turn into criminal investigations, the series moves between hospital procedure and mystery-solving, with each anomaly pointing toward a hidden cause. Ayane Sakura and Kensho Ono are among the voice cast in an animated story where diagnoses, evidence, and motive are all part of the same search for the truth.
