The Cat Returns
ActionAdventureAnimationAnimeComedyDramaFamilyFantasyRomance75 min
After schoolgirl Haru rescues a cat from being run over, she discovers he’s the Prince of the Cats — and the favor is repaid with a flood of gifts, a surprise marriage proposal, and an invitation into the Cat Kingdom. With voices from Chizuru Ikewaki and Yoshihiko Hakamada, the story follows Haru as polite gratitude turns into a royal problem, pulling her through a world of talking cats, palace corridors, towers, and narrow escapes. What begins on an ordinary street opens into a fantasy shaped by cat customs, courtly rules, and Haru’s scramble to find a way back.
